Are these closing rates realistic?
Yes, but only if your leads are high quality. If you are buying cheap, recycled leads, your calculator numbers will be near zero. If you are generating organic, high-intent leads, a 50% sit rate and 50% closing rate is highly achievable for a trained agent.
How do I fix a "leak" in my calculation?
